Presented by Equipment Zone, we'll begin this Workshop with
a discussion of the direct-to-garment (DTG) process for those
new to the technology, including how to keep your machines
operating at maximum production and efficiency. Proper
maintenance and the secrets of perfect pretreating will be
covered as well. An Equipment Zone technician will walk
attendees through the operation of the Epson F2000, as well as
preparation of artwork for perfect prints. The day will wrap with live
pretreat and printing demonstrations. The Equipment Zone staff
will be prepared to answer all your questions throughout the day.

* Pretreating and how to do it properly

Learn the fundamentals of screen printing to keep your shop
running smoothly and efficiently. This Workshop will take you
through the basics from the art department to screen making,
job set-up, production and trouble shooting. A design will be set
up and printed along with other demonstrations. This Workshop
is hands-on and will have products supplied.

Getting a good white print can be very difficult, while being the
ink most used. Not smooth, won't flow, too heavy, lack of opacity,
or won't clear the mesh are some of the problems that can make
what should be even a small, easy one-color print run the most
difficult....not to mention multicolor with a underbase white and
the customer wants no hand. With a few tweaks of controlling
some basic print fundamentals and understanding there is no
magical white ink out there somewhere-you are on your way to
success! No matter the size of your shop, printing white ink does
not have to be difficult. You can stop struggling to get good prints
and get back to great printing.

great color separations, proper halftone film output, great screen
