Bill is a a 25-year veteran
in the industry. He has
experience of working
in the retail side of this
industry for the first
eight years of his career,
running everything from
screen printing, embroidery, engraving and
pad printing. The last 14 years Bill has been
dedicated to embroidery. Bill then worked
for SWF East for 10 years, first as Lead
Technician, followed by three years as Service
Manager. The last four years Bill has run his
own business (growing from a few customers
to over 500 serviced on an annual basis and
has grown from one technician to three). Bill
focuses primarily on machine repairs, but
also is an expert in digitizing and consulting
services. Bill also specializes in 3-D Puff and
appliques. He has contributed to all aspects
of the ISS shows since 2000. He has done
the maintenance for ISS in the past when it
was done on the show floor by the machine
distributors. Bill has been presenting, teaching
and training for 14 years. Bill specializes in
customer service above all else, tackling every
issue that any customer has. He has been
there-so with Bill you will find understanding
and answers.

Matt Gusse
Advanced Color Solutions

Matt Gusse has over
20 years of continued
knowledge and hands
on experience in
Imprinted Apparel,
Cut/Sew Apparel/
Uniforms, Awards/
Engraving, Home Décor/Art, Signs/Displays
and other markets. Matt has proven success
in sales and service from small 'Mom & Pop'
businesses to some of the largest companies
in the world. He has worked for STAHLS'
and Universal Laser Systems, among other
industry leaders, and has spent the last 10
years with Advanced Color Solutions (ACS)
based in Southern California. With ACS, Matt
has focused on large format dye sublimation
equipment and other large format applications.
Currently, as VP of Sales, Matt runs ACS's new
Midwest location and has launched a startup
B2B company called Detroit Sublimation.
Detroit Sublimation looks to provide sourcing,
service and education for those looking to get
into the cut/sew apparel business or already
part of it.

Colleen Hartigan is a
32-year veteran of the
embroidery and apparel
decoration industry.
Recently retired as
Executive Vice President
of Madeira USA, she
now works as a consultant for Madeira USA
and Madeira Germany sharing her extensive
knowledge of the embroidery industry and the
embroidery process. Colleen is a seasoned
speaker with a long history of educational
training at trade shows and private seminars.
She is happy to share her expertise in all
facets of creating and selling embroidery.
Colleen focuses on product education and
the use of the right products to improve
customer satisfaction and the art of the sale.

Alan Howe
SAATI

Alan Howe is a native of
Detroit, Michigan with
31 years of industry
experience. He entered
the industry in 1987 as an
Equipment Manufacturer
and has since held
technical sales and management positions
with well-known companies including Jay
Products and Easiway Systems. Alan resides
in Columbiaville, Michigan and is a Technical
Sales Representative for the SAATI CHEM.
division of SAATI Americas. As a Seminar
Speaker and with many articles published,
Alan is a familiar face at ISS trade shows
and industry events. Alan has traveled the
world as a short-term missionary and still
is involved in humanitarian efforts locally,
domestically and worldwide.

Award winning author
and International Speaker
Jimmy Lamb has over
25 years of product
decoration business
experience. Mr. Lamb
has extensive knowledge
in many facets of digital decorating and
embellishing including business startup,
applications, techniques, marketing, sales,
mobile, production and management. He has
owned and operated a successful production
facility, started a retail franchise operation
and has provided production solutions to a
variety of Fortune 500 corporations involved in
customization, decoration and embellishment.
His articles appear regularly in various industry
magazines in the United States and Europe.
In addition, Mr. Lamb is a frequent speaker at
industry events and trade shows domestically
and internationally. Currently, he works with
Sawgrass Technologies as the Manager of
Communication and Education where he
has been instrumental in developing their
educational seminars and webinars.

John LeDrew
Melco International

John LeDrew is the
DTG Director for Melco
International. He has
worked professionally
in garment decoration
since 2006, managing
accounts and overseeing
production for some of the world's most
recognizable brands and retailers. He was
an early adopter of DTG and has owned and
operated the majority of printers on the market.

Greg Kitson
Mind's Eye Graphics Inc.

Greg Kitson founded
Mind's Eye Graphics
Inc. in 1980 and began
the business as a back
room operation of a
small town family shoe
store where he had been
using heat applied textile graphics since
1974 at the age of 17. By 1984, the one-man
screen printing operation had replaced the
shoe store and hired its first employee. Since
then, Mind's Eye Graphics has grown to
provide custom and contract screen printing
to decorated apparel professionals around the
world. Kitson and Mind's Eye Graphics offer
industry specific PROScreen technical training
and PROFITcycle business consulting at
their 22,000 sq. ft. Indiana production facility
as well as at client locations. This 43-year
industry veteran has been a regular contributor
to industry publications and seminar
presentations since 1990.

Digitize4u, Inc.

Ed Levy has been an
industry professional with
experience in all aspects
of the apparel decorating
industry since 1987. Ed
is a regular speaker,
columnist, contributor
and advisory board member for many different
industry companies. Additionally, Ed is also
the Director of Software Technologies for
Hirsch Solutions, the worlds leading distributor
of apparel decorating equipment.
