Sustainability at ERM Future Now Supporting a Nepalese solar powered lamp business. As part of our Low Carbon Initiative, the ERM Foundation’s Low Carbon Enterprise Fund provided financial support to Future Now, a Nepalese business supplying solar power lamps to schools and villages. These lights provide a safe, low cost and carbon-friendly alternative to kerosene lamps for remote and poor households, and provide much needed light to allow school children to do their homework. Future Now is using our support to scale up its business and reduce the price of the lamps to the end users.
