WHO TO WATCH Am Games Gold medals, and is a three-time USEF Horseman of the year . Peters runs SPeters Dressage out of the twenty-two-acre Arroyo Del Mar, with his wife, and dressage competitor, Shannon Peters . Born in Germany, Peters equestrian success began when he was a teenager, after his father bought him a three-year-old Dutch Warmblood, Udon . After training with Jo Hinnemann, Peters was introduced to Laurie Falvo who hired him to work at her San Diego based facility . In 1984, Peters moved to the United States, where he spent five years working for trainers including Guenter Seidel . Peters started his own business in 1991 and became a United States citizen in 1992 . After much success at the 2017 Adequan® Global Dressage Festival, Peters went on to receive top placings at the Del Mar CDI 1* and CDI-W with Rosamunde and Bailarino . Peters recently acquired the ride on a new mount, the 9-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding, Suppenkasper (Spielberg x Upanoeska x Krack C) . The horse was purchased by Akiko Yamazaki as a potential team horse for Peters . The pair attested their first competition together at the CDN in Del Mar, California, in October, where they received a 75 .700% . At that time, Peters also rode Rosamunde to a 72 .600% second-place finish . KASEY PERRY-GLASS Kasey Perry-Glass also took a spot as a member of the 2016 United States Olympic Dressage Bronze Medal Team, beside Graves and Peters . A native of California, Perry-Glass began riding at the age of five, where she developed a passion for Eventing, and later turned her focus to Dressage . In 2015, during the European Tour, Perry-Glass began riding under coach Debbie McDonald . 3* Grand Prix Special at the 2016 Adequan® Global Dressage Festival . Perry-Glass is currently ranked at number 22 on the FEI World Individual Dressage list with her Olympic mount, the 2003 Danish Warmblood gelding, Goerklintgaards Dublet (Diamond Hit x La Costa x Ferro) . Some of the pairs most successful accomplishments to date include reserve champion honors in the 2015 Prix St . Georges and Intermediaire I at the CDI4* Achleiten Schloss, the CDI-W Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special, and the CDI In 2017, Perry-Glass and Dublet were champions in the Grand Prix Special CDI 5*, Grand Prix CDI-W, and the Grand Prix CDI-W Freestyle at the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival .
