YOU MAKE THE CALL! Jessica Fields has been promoted to manager of operations at You Make the Call!, Inc. Jessica has been with the company since 2004. HOLOGIC Joni D. Goodman, CPLP, has joined the Hologic Interventional Breast Solutions division as the manager of sales training and development. Joni has 13 years of training experience in the healthcare arena. RED NUCLEUS Maryfrances Trunfio joins Red Nucleus as account manager. She has more than 17 years of experience in business development working on customized digital solutions for clients.

KADMON PHARMACEUTICALS Kelly Robinson was promoted to associate manager of training. She will be responsible for onboarding and facilitating new hire sales training, and coordinating ongoing training initiatives with the regional sales trainer team. QSTREAM Qstream has announced two new additions to its growing team. They welcome John Metta as software engineer and Paulette Greene as vice president of client services.

CMR INSTITUTE Michelle R. O'Connor, M.Ed., CMR, will serve as president and chief executive officer of CMR Institute. She has been with the Institute for nearly 20 years and most recently served as interim president and chief executive officer. Lauren Harbert is now the finance and accounting manager and will serve as corporate treasurer. She is responsible for all financial systems and has oversight of data, planning and fiscal management. APTALIS PHARMA Nancy Quast has joined Aptalis Pharma as a manager, sales training. She has 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry selling and training in anesthesia, women’s health, neurology and psychology. PURDUE PHARMA Jesse Silverstein and Jennifer Lynch have both joined Purdue Pharma in Stamford, CT as manager, sales representative development. Jesse joined Purdue in April 2009 and Jennifer in 2006 as professional sales reps.

PRAELIA PHARMACEUTICALS John Aiken has joined Praelia Pharmaceuticals as vice president, corporate operations and training. MAP PHARMACEUTICALS Kerry Zampa is the director, learning and development with MAP Pharmaceuticals. Kerry has 16 years of experience including roles in field sales, field sales leadership, human resources and training. AXIOM John A. Monacchio has been appointed to director of business development at Axiom. He will develop training and medical education programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device and diagnostics companies. EISAI Diane DeVincentis was promoted to manager specialty trainer for Eisai, Inc. Diane has been in the industry since 1998 and has held positions including specialty sales consultant, oncology sales rep, clinical launch trainer, and clinical nurse educator.

ILLUMINATE Cindy Galante has joined Illuminate as manager, client services. She provides a central point of contact for a wide range of client services including project, accounting and LMS support needs. Juan Carlos Pinedo has been promoted to account manager, Magister®, a dedicated position created to meet the growing demand for Magister® LMS services. A.D.A.M. John Lazzarotti has recently joined A.D.A.M. Health Solutions (formerly Taimma Communications), a business unit of Ebix, Inc., as their director of sales. John joins A.D.A.M with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
