SPBT announced that Kevin
Glover, M.S., M.ED., has been
elected vice president and Mark
Osborne has been elected
secretary of the SPBT Board of

MARK OSBORNE Directors. Kevin and Mark will
help guide decisions in support of the training programs and
resources for SPBT's 1,200 professional members.

TGAS® ADVISORS
TGaS® Advisors announced the hiring of three new
directors/management advisors:

Tim Burke brings his expertise in managed markets sales, sales
management, training, marketing and business operations to
TGaS Advisors’ Managed Markets practice.
Brian Voellmecke, a member of the Sales Operations Practice,
was most recently global director of the Strategic Alliance and
Partnership Program at IMS Health.

INFORMA
Eileen Mathews has joined
Informa as senior director of
client services. She has more
than 15 years of experience in
pharmaceutical training, and was

previously the director of
business development at Custom Learning Designs.
Kristin Swope has joined Informa as director of program
development. She has more than 20 years of experience in
pharmaceutical training, and was previously the principal medical
writer at Custom Learning Designs.

ILLUMINATE
Dianna Cronin has joined Illuminate as director of business
development.

ASTELLAS
Anthony Ewing has joined Astellas in the new role
of assistant director of training operations.
Anthony will focus on improving overall training
outcomes through operational efficiencies and
cross-functional collaboration.

Michele Wlodarczyk is responsible for the design and
implementation of marketing campaigns and will support go-tomarket planning for new TGaS Advisors solutions and offerings.

ADVANCED CLINICAL
Susan Paulson, Ph. D., has been hired as executive director of
clinical pharmacology and nonclinical development at Advanced
Clinical. She currently holds seven patents and is a frequently
published author.
Susan Seroskie, RN, has been hired as executive vice president of
strategic resourcing at Advanced Clinical. She has more than 18 years
of clinical development experience.

MELISSA LAMB

Melissa Lamb, director of data management, has
been named to the Board of Trustees for the
Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM). She
has more than 18 years of data management
experience.

CLEARPOINT

TERESA FERLO

Teresa Ferlo has been promoted to global account
lead from her previously held position of business
development manager. Terry will focus on growing
global strategic accounts by leveraging ClearPoint's
global footprint and experiences to bring new
learning innovations to client organizations.
Rhonda Amsterdam has joined ClearPoint as
business development manager. Rhonda is focused
on bringing innovative learning technology
solutions to her clients across life sciences.

Amanda Murray has joined ClearPoint as business
development manager. Amanda has past sales
experiences as a pharmaceutical and medical device rep, along with
a background in online medical education.

Jessica Fasano was promoted from cardiovascular specialty
representative to product training manager.
Joe Long was promoted from cardiovascular specialty
representative to product training manager.
Sarah Rosecrans was promoted from primary care representative to
product training manager.
Dawn Zenefski was promoted from clinical science consultant to
product training manager.
Kristen Troy was promoted from cardiovascular specialty
representative to field training manager.
Kim McGiboney is doing a six-month rotation from a primary care
representative role to a product training manager.

CARRIE SCHAAL

Carrie Schaal has assumed the new title of senior
training manager of innovative solutions at
Genentech. She has more than 16 years of
pharmaceutical and biotech sales experience
coupled with training and management
experience in multiple specialty areas.

PINSONAULT
Christine MacAdams has joined Pinsonault, a division of Decision
Resources Group specializing in managed markets, as key account
director for sales training. Christine has 15 years of experience in life
science sales training, in both design and client services.
