Consumers should contact the original retailer for a warranted return. (See warranty policy online for returning products with a return authorization number). A ForeFront Customer Service representative (call 1-800-247-9651) will provide the account with a secure return authorization number. Returned bags will not be accepted for credit without prior approval. Only bags returned, in new condition, within 30 days from invoice date are eligible for consideration. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping merchandise. A 20% restocking charge plus applicable freight charges for all shipping charges will apply. Custom embroidered product may not be returned. Once custom embroidery artwork is approved by the customer the order may not be cancelled, returned or refused. All refusals are subject to: a 20% restocking fee, applicable freight charges, and potential forfeiture of your ForeFront customer account. Any invoice discrepancies must be reported in writing within 10 days. • The fee for Drop Ship orders is $7 per box, per order. • Embroidered Burton and Datrek bags: $25 fee per bag. • Devant Towels: $100 fee per order.
