ForeFront's 2009 Product Catalog - (Page 57) Ordering INFORMATION Accounts Policy In order to improve delivery times and operating efficiency, beginning October 1, 2008, an account that purchases more than $500 during a 12 month period, and successfully completes a credit application, will be eligible to apply for credit terms. Accounts purchasing less than $500 will have the option of paying by credit card, PAYPAL or check in advance. An account that doesn't meet the $500 annual purchase level will have no impact on an account's ability to order and receive product provided the account is in good standing. Embroidery Charges-Golf Bags & Accessories • Cost per stitch count – 12,000 20,000 Embroidery charges are a function of stitch count and size of the logo. Stitch count is determined from a digitized file. Colors are limited to 6 per logo. Minimum stitch count is 2,000 stitches (except personalization). $12.00 $16.00 Call For Quote • Set up, including digitizing, for all embroidered applications is $100 for logos up to 7,500 stitches, $200 for logos up to 15,000 stitches and $300 for logos over 15,000. • Minimum stitch count is 2,000 stitches (except for personalization). • Name personalization is $15 per product. • Choose from Block, Script or Old English fonts. Character size is set based on quantity of characters.
