Yun is ranked fifth on the list and is responsible for NAR’s real estate statistics and economic forecasting. The annual list recognizes accuracy in forecasting. I Laser Energetics, Inc. provided an update on its previously announced $12 million equity financing. The investor is an affiliate of Beryl Wolk. Under the terms of the financing, the Company will issue restricted shares equal to approximately 27% of the company. At the purchase price of $0.139 per share, the investment values Laser Energetics at approximately $44 million. The investor also will receive warrants to purchase an additional 20 million shares of common stock at a price of $0.08 per share. Illinois promoted Dwayne Gillian, P.E., to Residential Services Group Leader. A partner in the firm, Gillian has 20 years of experience in the design, permitting strategy, and Dwayne Gillian project management of complex residential, mixed-use and retail development projects. The new patent, which was granted to Fannie Mae this past November, defines processes for validating the VIEW and DATA sections of a SMART® document with automated systems.
