I GPX Realty Partners, L.P. an- nounced it has acquired Fairmount Terrace Apartments, a 162-unit, garden-style apartment complex in Philadelphia, Pa. for $15,375,000. GPX plans to make a multi-million dollar capital investment into the complex to upgrade exterior and interior common areas, complex amenities, and individual units. GPX Realty Partners, a suburban Philadelphia-based private real estate investment and advisory firm, currently owns and operates more than 1 million sq. ft. of office and multifamily space, and has made more than $120 million in capital investments in Delaware Valley commercial real estate over the last year. I Tellurian Biodiesel, an independent distributor and marketer of sustainable high-quality biodiesel, has entered into a joint venture with Golden State Foods (GSF), one of the largest diversified suppliers to the quick-service restaurant industry, to recycle used cooking oil into biodiesel that exceeds industry specifica- tions. The new venture, Encore BioRenewables, plans to launch its first biodiesel production facility in Southern California in early 2009. Organizations I Roth Global Plastics, Inc., Syracuse, tate, Inc. (HSC), expanding its service area and property management services within the Northwest. HSC is headquartered in Seattle,Washington, is a thirdparty residential property management firm in the region with 1,100 employees and more than 34,000 units under management. I Environmental Service Profession- NY announced the recent award of State approvals for their product line in Nevada. The FRALO brand septic and pump tank line was approved by the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Health Division on March 20, 2008. I Hall & Foreman, Inc. wins the Pin- nacle Award, which honors engineering firms that grow revenues significantly while creating a great work environment. HFI is one of only twenty-three firms nationwide to receive this award, which was created last year. I Riverstone Residential Group, a als, Inc. announced that it has formed an alliance with EMLab P&K, a leading commercial indoor air quality testing laboratory. EMLab P&K is a privatelyheld company based in San Bruno, California and has laboratories located across the United States. The alliance will benefit by linking ESP’s home inspector program and EMLab P&K’s quality services and training. I Accela, Inc. announced that it has subsidiary of Consolidated American Services, Inc. has acquired HSC Real Es- opened an office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
