As manager of sustainability, Vallimont will lead efforts to incorporate sustainable practices across all of Crosland’s developments. I Chas. H. Sells, Inc. (SELLS) an- nounced that Craig Duerr, PE, LEED, AP who will focus on sustainable design practices has joined the SELLS team as Project Manager and will work out of SELLS’ Cary, North Carolina office focusing on sustainable design. I Kleinfelder is pleased to announce that Joel Carson has been selected as the new Central Division Manager and the selection of Patrick Flynn, P.E., as the new regional manager of Kleinfelder’s Northern California region. Carson has served for the last three years as the Great Plains Regional Manager and will continue to reside in the firm’s Omaha, Neb., office. I Veteran residential executive Nate I A reorganization of the Topcon Positioning Systems (TPS) sales and marketing personnel and duties has been announced: Murray Lodge has been promoted to vice president of construction survey. Mark Contino, former director of sales and marketing, has accepted the new role of vice president of survey sales. Peter Wallace, former director of survey sales, is the new director of business development-Latin America. Brian Juroff has been promoted to director of construction sales. Jason Killpack will be the new director of product marketing and events. Dale Jefferson will assume the new position of director of product management and training. In addition, John Beaver has been promoted to vice president of quality assurance and service. I The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association has promoted Eileen Dickson to managing director, education, in recognition of her significant role in overseeing the Association’s Education and Training efforts. Dickson was previously senior director of the department. I Steven Eddy has been promoted to project manager at The Planning Center. I Thorburn Associates Inc. (TA) an acoustical and audiovisual engineering firm with locations in California and North Carolina, announced the promotion of Derek Meares to Associate Principal in the company’s RaleighDurham, NC office. I Navman Wireless North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navman Wireless Holdings announced the hiring of its new Director of Sales and Marketing, Gregg Steliga, who will operate from the company’s Chicagobased headquarters. I Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP announced that Sheldon Winkelman, partner in the Real Estate Department, has been elected President of the Michigan Housing Council for a one-year term. I Jaime L. Northam has joined The Alter Group as Vice President in the firm’s Southwest Regional Office in Phoenix. I Pat Holubetz recently joined PROFILE Products LLC as the Midwest regional sales manager. Holubetz replaces Dwight Johnson, who was promoted to Profile GolfTM business manager. Kredich has joined the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), stepping into the newly created role of Vice President for Residential Market Development, overseeing USGBC’s LEED for Homes program.
