Task Rport: Task: 1.3 Conduct Preliminary Research Job Role: Engineer Description: Review Site Development Plan and research agency compliance criteria. 1.3.3 - Research Existing Conditions Gather As-Built plans for surrounding streets. __ Obtain Grading and utility plans from City/ Water districts. __ Obtain as-built drawings for gas, electric, telephone etc. from franchise utility consultants. __ Master plans or specific plans for major infrastructure. 1.3.4 - Obtain Hydro Report Obtain Approved hydrology studies and maps. Steps in this Task: 1.3.1 - Research Municipality Standards City/County, Sewer District, Water District, Fire District. Get copies of standard drawings, manuals, submittal forms, approval checklists and latest agency standards. Get the contacts. 1.3.2 - Review Water Quality Determine status and viability of concepts depicted on the Development Plan and establish how Water Quality issues will be handled. 1.3.5 - Obtain Soils/Geotechnical Report Review soils report.
