PEOPLE I The Calusa Chapter of the Florida I Scott Langbein of Batavia, Ohio, Engineering Society (FES) has selected WilsonMiller Project Designer Rebecca R. King, E.I., as its Young Engineer of the Year. The Calusa Chapter includes professional engineers in several counties in South Florida. A Florida registered Engineer Intern (E.I.), King works on WilsonMiller’s Development Design team, where she has been a key participant in the planning and design of various public and private land development projects. Recipient of a Bright Flight scholarship at the University of Missouri, King is active in a number of professional and community organizations. I Psomas announces the appointments rejoins Topcon Positioning Systems as product marketing manager for optical, scanning and imaging products. For more than 10 years, Langbein has worked in the positioning technology business, where most recently he was with an independent survey software provider managing the integration of software and hardware. I Revival Funds, a green real estate ing, land development, planning and surveying, environmental science and consulting, announced a merger with Everland Shourds & Associates (ESA), a land planning and surveying, civil and environmental engineering and landscape architecture firm headquartered in Medford, New Jersey. Currently, TWT has approximately 240 employees, with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and North Carolina. With the merger, ESA, will become a fully integrated faction of TWT, focusing primarily on civil and environmental engineering and landscape architecture. ESA has grown from a small regional office to a leading civil and environmental engineering firm with more than 30 employees, including three survey crews and several multi-disciplined engineering design teams. I Bernie Pisczek, Paul Nutcher and of Peter Pountney, PE, Leonard Wilson, and Steve Winchester as Principals of the firm. Pountney has nearly 40 years of engineering experience and is the Regional Manager for the San Diego office. Psomas merged with Pountney Consulting Group three years ago. Wilson is currently a Vice President and Regional Manager for Psomas’ Colorado operations. As a licensed engineer in Colorado and Arizona, Wilson has 30 years of experience as a consulting engineer. Winchester is Psomas’ Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Group Leader. Since Winchester joined Psomas three years ago, the firm’s Water Group has expanded by 300 percent. investment fund manager, announced that David Linn has joined the company as its Portfolio Manager. Linn will oversee the acquisition and management of Revival’s real estate portfolio, which will be focused on projects in select metropolitan regions around the United States. Based in Denver, Revival is creating an “Urban Green” fund that will target real estate investments located in vibrant urban locations and built “green” by design.
