The company pledged a total of $100,000 in cash. ADS has 37 domestic facilities and 3,600 employees nationwide. I Lantern Commons, an upscale lifestyle center incorporating natural wooded areas and streams with urban retail, is coming to Westfield, a north suburb of Indianapolis. Barry Herring and Peter Borzak, founding partners of Pine Tree Commercial Realty based in Indianapolis and Chicago, announced that the $83 million New Lifestyle Center project will consist of 430,000 square feet of retail on 64 acres located on the northeast corner of US Highway 31 and E. 161st Street.
