Josef DeLisle, CE 93, has joined the corporate department of the Atlanta office of Miller & Martin PLLC. DeLisle earned his juris doctor degree from Georgia State. Malisheia Ozier Douglas, ChE 96, who passed the Supreme Court of Ohio bar examination in July, was administered an oath during a special public session of the court in November. She graduated from the University of Akron School of Law. Tara D. Elliott, CmpE 98, has rejoined Fish & Richardson PC’s Wilmington, Del., office as an associate in its litigation group after clerking for Gregory M. Sleet, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for Delaware, and then for Raymond C. Clevenger, senior circuit judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Elliott received her juris doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Tom Force, Mgt 91, has moved to Plano, Texas, and joined Wingspan Portfolio Advisors as its legal services manager. Darden Heuser is the global commercial director of energy contractual services for GE. The family lives in Marietta, Ga. Justin Honaman, IE 96, has published a book, Make It Happen! Live Out Your Personal Brand, which offers a perspective on personal branding and authentic leadership. Honaman, director of customer intelligence for Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., is using the book to raise money for the United Service Organizations. James Kenyon, AE 96, was named associate director of aerospace technology in the Office of the Director, Defense Research and Engineering. In this role, he is responsible for technical leadership, management oversight, policy guidance and coordination of Department of Defense aerospace science and technology. He recently was named an associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Kenyon lives in Alexandria, Va., with his wife, JoAnn, and son, Sam. Theodore Mowinski, ME 98, has been appointed as an associate partner with Newcomb & Boyd in Atlanta. Tonya K. Neukam, TE 98, MBA 03, and Thomas N. Austeri were married Nov. 1. Pedro Ray, EE 82, MS EE 83, has been selected as the 2009 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers president-elect and will begin serving as president on Jan. 1, 2010. He is the president of Ray Engineers, a professional services corporation that has more than 90 employees, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Ray also is the owner and president of various corporations dedicated to the development of commercial and residential real estate projects.
