Dave Gewertz, EE 02, and his wife Ma- Edward McKinney, M CP 96, M Arch 96, recently was tapped to become a principal and shareholder of Glatting Jackson Kercher Anglin Inc., a community-planning firm based in Orlando, Fla., with offices in Atlanta, Denver and West Palm Beach, Fla. McKinney joined the firm’s Atlanta office in 1996. His work has been recognized with awards for projects throughout the country. McKinney now is helping Atlanta BeltLine Inc. define redevelopment efforts and determine how new connections, including transit, trails and streets, will support the planned 22-mile corridor. Brittany is a full-time mother, and Alan is an Air Force major stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Whitney is the hardware forecast manager at Radiant Systems, and Doug is a system performance engineer at Verizon Wireless. The Appenfelders live in Cumming, Ga. Shane Bailey, IE 02, married Hahni Mramor on Sept. 6, after proposing on his Aug. 17 birthday in 2007. The couple live in Cartersville, Ga. Erin Baumgarten, Mgt 01, married Frank Hull on Nov. 8.
