She joins sister Olivia, 2, at the family’s home in Dallas, Ga. Heinlein is an architectural designer and CAD manager at Lyman Davidson Dooley in Marietta. Brian Holman, EE 06, and Melissa Vander Wood, IE 05, were married Aug. 2. Holman, an electronics engineer, and Vander Wood, a manufacturing engineer, both work for Northrop Grumman. The couple live in Baltimore. Asha A. Macon Hope, ChE 02, and her husband, Silas, announce the birth of a daughter, Sydni Tatumn, on Aug. 7. Hope is a supplier quality engineer for the Simmons Bedding Co. The family lives in the Atlanta area. Lauren Benson Lisowe, Mgt 03, and her husband, Brad, announce the birth of a son, Braden Charles, on March 18. The family lives in Norcross, Ga., where Benson Lisowe is an analyst for ACS Government Healthcare Consulting. Hannah W. Muchnick, ME 05, MS ME 07, has joined Newcomb & Boyd in Atlanta as a mechanical engineer. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the office of the CEO of Duke University Hospital. Wendy Munera, Biol 05, married Amadeo Roybal, MS ECE 01, on Aug. 2. Munera completed a master’s degree in public health from Emory University, and Roybal is an electronics engineer for the test, measurement and diagnostic equipment department at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, which is located in Albany, Ga. Alison Murphy, Phys 08, married Jeffrey Clement, ME 08, on June 14. Murphy, an ensign in the Navy, is stationed in Washington, D.C., working for the Navy Nuclear Power Program. Clement, a second lieutenant in the Marine Corps, currently is stationed in College Park, Md., recruiting. Peter J. Ralston, EE 07, has joined the firm of Newcomb & Boyd in Atlanta as an audiovisual engineer. Nivi Ramaswamy, MS EnvE 07, is one of 21 youth leaders from across the country selected to represent the United States at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in December in Poland. Ramaswamy is part of the delegation for SustainUS, which calls for the United States to act as a leader in the creation of a bold, binding and just international treaty with science-based emissions targets. The delegation is a part of the internationally recognized and UN-accredited SustainUS Agents of Change program, designed to facilitate youth involvement in international policymaking and advocate for a sustainable future. Amandi J. Rhett, ME 05, has joined the firm of Newcomb & Boyd in Atlanta as a mechanical engineer. Rhett, an engineer in training and LEED-accredited professional, previously was a design engineer with Pennoni Associates in Philadelphia. Robbie Richter, ChE 01, married Laci Bellot on April 11. Richter is a process engineer with Chevron. The couple are living in San Francisco. Chrissy Prues Stovall, ChE 01, and James F. Stovall IV, CS 01, announce the birth of a son, James “Jay” Frank Stovall V, on Sept. 30. The Stovall family lives in Smyrna, Ga., where Chrissy is a pharmacist with Piedmont Hospital and James is a manager with Deloitte Consulting. Katelyn Swindle, ChE 04, received a PhD in energy, environmental and chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in August. She now works in the department of biomedical engineering at Saint Louis University. Elizabeth Thomas, Econ 04, and John Tyndall, ME 04, were married April 26. Elizabeth is a stock plan analyst with E*TRADE Financial Corp., and John is a design engineer with NCR Corp. The couple live in Atlanta. Lauren Willard, STC 04, of Carrollton, Ga., recently received a master’s degree in sociology from the University of West Georgia. She also has been promoted to the position of academic advising coordinator for West Central Technical College in west Georgia. Carleton Case submitted the winning bid in the Alumni Association’s online auction in June to garner the ride.
