Basic project management skills will be discussed, as well as technical details regarding upgrading irrigation system components. Emphasis will be placed on contract specifications, and both budget and contract documentation. Communication between key stakeholders will be discussed and then demonstrated through role playing. It is recommended that attendees have a sound understanding of irrigation system components and management prior to taking this class.
