GCSAA 2009 Conference Brochure - (Page 48) GOLF INDUSTRY SHOW Networking Parks Located across the trade show floor, three parks provide the perfect places to relax, enjoy comfortable seating and meet with colleagues—all without leaving the exhibit hall. These parks will feature Internet kiosks presented in partnership with DuPont Professional Products, concession vendors, and ample seating. Make these parks a destination for gatherings with your facility team or peers, or for conducting quick meetings with exhibitors. The networking parks will be easy to spot on the trade show floor as each one is themed after one of the three host cities of the Golf Industry Show: Orlando, New Orleans and San Diego. Upon entering the parks, you may feel as though you’ve taken a mini-vacation as the sights, sounds and offerings are unique to each host city. The parks are your escape for a quick moment of rejuvenation before conducting more business on the trade show floor. Did you know? Your sandwiches come dressed and undressed You can’t visit New Orleans without experiencing the Cajun or Creole cooking, but don’t forget to try the traditional sandwiches this city offers. Stop by a local café and order the Muffaletta or the Po’ Boy and you will find yourself faced with the question “dressed or undressed?” While this question may result in an awkward pause, all you need to decide is if you want lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on your sandwich or not.
