Time for baking? I recently received my magazine. I always love the recipes you include. I want to make the Nana’s Tomato and Cheese Macaroni recipe [see Cookbook of the Month, “Marietta celebrates!” May 2010, page 40]; however, it does not say how long you bake it at 350 degrees. I love the entire magazine, but I am especially partial to the recipes. Thank you for your consideration and help in this matter. —Barbara Riggs, via e-mail Editor’s note: Thanks for your question. The casserole should cook until bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown and melted, which will vary by oven, so keep an eye on it. Saw ‘Key Ingredients’ I found the article about the traveling Key Ingredients display very interesting [see “Georgia’s ‘Key Ingredients,’” January 2010, page 34]. I was able to get to the exhibit in Buchanan. What a wonderful experience! The presentations were very well thought out and displayed beautifully. I was so impressed by all of the work put into this, and by the volunteers who made it all come true. [Wood] is very sensible and sensitive to the many aspects of any article he writes. His wisdom seems unlimited.
