Recently I had my electricity go out, and Coastal Electric Cooperative responded quickly to my call. I always enjoyed chasing lightning bugs in my youth, as well while growing up in Florida. In the article, Touchberry mentioned that he rarely sees a lightning bug anymore. I wanted to let him know that since moving to Jasper last year, my husband and I enjoy seeing hundreds of lightning bugs outside every night.
