retro & new twist RETRO RECIPE Buffalo Chicken Wings Prep Time: 20 Minutes Start to Finish: 55 Minutes Servings: 24 appetizers 12 2 ½ ½ ¼ 1 1 ½ ¼ chicken wings (about 2 lb) tablespoons butter or margarine cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour teaspoon salt teaspoon pepper cup barbecue sauce tablespoon red pepper sauce teaspoon Cajun seasoning teaspoon ground cumin Celery sticks, if desired Blue cheese dressing, if desired 1 Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tip.
