Spray griddle or skillet with cooking spray if necessary. Heat griddle to 375°F or heat skillet over medium heat. 2. In medium bowl, stir all ingredients except syrup and sliced bananas until blended. For each pancake, pour ¼ cup batter onto hot griddle. 3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides until golden.
