impossibly easy pies & pizzas Impossibly Easy BLT Pie Prep Time: 20 Minutes Start to Finish: 55 Minutes Servings: 6 Impossibly Easy Pizza Pie Prep Time: 10 Minutes Start to Finish: 50 Minutes Servings: 6 12 1 ½ 1 ⁄3 ¾ 1 ⁄8 2 2 1 6 slices bacon cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz) cup Original Bisquick® mix cup mayonnaise or salad dressing cup milk teaspoon pepper eggs tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing cup shredded lettuce thin slices tomato 1 ⁄3 ½ 1 2 1 ½ ¼ ¾ 1 medium onion, chopped (½ cup) cup grated Parmesan cheese cup Original Bisquick® mix cup milk eggs can (8 oz) pizza sauce package (3.5-oz size) sliced pepperoni cup chopped green bell pepper cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz) 1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Line microwavable plate with microwavable paper towel. Place 6 slices of the bacon on paper towel; cover with another paper towel. Microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp. Repeat with remaining 6 slices bacon. Crumble bacon. Layer bacon and cheese in pie plate. 2. In medium bowl, beat Bisquick mix, 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise, the milk, pepper and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate. 3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Spread 2 tablespoons mayonnaise over top of pie.
