On lightly floured surface, shape pastry into flattened round. Wrap flattened round of pastry in plastic wrap; refrigerate about 45 minutes or until dough is firm and cold, yet pliable. 3. With floured rolling pin, roll pastry into circle 2 inches larger than upside-down 9-inch glass pie plate. Fold pastry into fourths; place in pie plate. Unfold and ease into plate, pressing firmly against bottom and side. Trim overhanging edge of pastry 1 inch from rim of plate. Fold and roll pastry under, even with plate; flute. Prick bottom and side of pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown. Pat down center if necessary. 4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Spread salmon in bottom of pastry. Top with cream cheese and green onions. In large bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half, ½ teaspoon salt and the pepper with wire whisk until smooth. Pour over salmon mixture. 5.
