Find your school id number by logging into btfe.com/ coordinator. It will be shown right next to your school’s name on the homepage.

how do i update my profile?
Click on My Profile on the top corner of the Box Tops website. All updateable areas are shown along the left-hand side. Update as needed, and be sure to click submit to save your changes.
how do i submit box tops? i’ve forgotten my btfe.com password. can i get a reminder?
Click Login on the top corner of the Box Tops website. On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” Complete the form to receive an email with a new password. Go to btfe.com/submissions to complete the online form. Follow the simple, step-by-step instructions, then mail your Box Tops in. You can track your submission status there, too!

how do i remove the previous coordinator’s name from the submission form?
Either ask the previous Coordinator to remove the Coordinator status from their profile, or call 1.888.799.2444 to submit a Coordinator name change request. (Not to worry, your school will still receive its check, even if the wrong name appears on the form!)
