Good source of protein, when it’s not loaded with sugar and chemicals. In other words, buy the old stuff in the orange box  and do it yourself. Kids don’t remember the ‘50s; they think strawberries and cream cheese in real-cherry-juice gelatine is rad, smokin’, neat, groovy, and the bee’s knees. 3. Dominoes. Three-year-olds can ace Dora’s dominoes  (not the cardboard kind—what a disaster) and upwards of 6, they’re ready for the real game. Go to the bone pile! What’s more: you can have dominoes personalized with family photographs . Not to mention the curiosity of keeping score on the cribbage board  that you could buy for G’dad’s Father’s Day present and have it do double duty.
