Experienced, tenured staff members enhance the value of our networks and simplify the claims process from the provider’s perspective. Our reputation for fast, accurate payment is the highest demonstration of respect we can show our providers. Customer service representatives provide support to our members to make sure their questions are promptly and accurately addressed. Employers and providers also regularly contact the customer service team with questions about a member’s coverage.
