Pay for Performance that Works Have you always wanted to develop a pay for performance system but have been afraid to add pay when just managing performance is making you crazy? How can you ensure the system is fair and equitable and that staff stays motivated and energized? Using real life examples – from development to implementation, come and learn how to move towards an effective system that works. Learn the perils, pitfalls, and helpful mechanisms of making it happen. Track: Human Resources and Staff Development LLAMA - SASS A Person of Interest…Safety and Security in the Library Learn how to deal with patrons in the library who are breaking library policy, displaying behavioral problems or breaking the law.
