Hearing directly from exhibitors and attendees of the HCD Expo &
Conference is critical to shaping how the event best serves the industry

During my many years in the tradeshow business,
I've had the chance to visit numerous companies
across various industries. It's always a learning
experience to tour their facilities, gain a better understanding of their organizations, and, basically,
see them in action.
For example, I recently stopped by Steelcase
Health in Grand Rapids, Mich. First of all: Talk
about a well-designed environment. I was really
impressed with the use of space and the many
different ways the facility was set up to allow for

Grand Rapids to meet with the management team
to become more familiar not only with its business but also with its ongoing goals and objectives. This helps shape how we at the Healthcare
Design Expo & Conference might help Steelcase
Health achieve its goals.
Building these types of relationships is an important key to producing the show and something
that my team and I prioritize-for both exhibitors
and attendees.
