ST offers system in a package (SiP) solutions where the MEMS sensor and the interface chip are housed in the same package. This family of high-performance accelerometers includes a complete set of SiP products, offering different solutions in terms of the number of axis, IC outputs, and package sizes. This level of flexibility allows STMicroelectronics to give manufacturers more freedom in application design and configuration.
