Picture your daughter walking for hours every day to fetch water so that your family can drink, bathe and cook. School would be an impossible dream. Unfortunately, that is exactly what life is like for many families around the world. As you’ll see even more acutely within the pages of this issue, caring for the Earth and ending hunger and poverty go hand in hand. When a family has local access to safe drinking water, children have more opportunities to attend school Out of clean, accessible water flows hope. Jo Luck President and CEO
