ABOVE RIGHT Casters for forward and backward movement of entire wagon are in straight lines; those in concentric circles are for rotary motion of the turntable. Steelwork is 9 3/. inches high. and 2% inches of flooring were added later to produce 12-inch final height. FAR RIGHT Powerpacks that respond to signals from the control console are located underground in the machinery room. The solid state electronic components in cabinet on left transform incoming power to change frequency and direction of motors driving wagon.
