When we were given the opportunity to be part of the usability testing process, we jumped at it.” The results provide a look at how convenient and easy to use a financial service product is to the end user, the company said. The credit union was honored for its graphic design announcing the Tree House Club, one of three new youth club accounts launched this year for young members up to age 12. The club was created to talk up money management and savings.
