In summary, the authors stress the importance of following a strucCheck out tured and thorough plan to help make the most likely diagnosis. In another case report this month, Dr. Matthew Trojan describes an 80-year-old patient who complained of panic attacks and dyspnea. After being unsuccessfully treated with anti-anxiety medications, he was later diagnosed as suffering from heart failure. Dr. Trojan goes on to describe the ways in which he was able to successfully treat this patient.
