At this writing, Washington Fine Properties’ sales over $1 Million have increased by 18% over last year with Armfield Miller & Ripley Fine Properties sales over $1 Million double that of 2006. It just shows that there is a good market in any market, and we are committed to delivering it to you! It is said that in times of caution there is a flight to quality.
