Once you’re on-site and your meeting is underway, you must be able to manage the many details, functions, and unexpected situations that may arise. You will learn effective on-site meeting management techniques, from what to discuss at your “pre-con” meetings with the staff of your meeting facility and other suppliers to how to set up a properly prepared on-site meeting planning kit, including emergency information. How to create an onsite agenda, how to set up and manage an effective registration area, as well as an on-site financial tracking process and an effective post-meeting report will be discussed.
