Shipping Terms Prepaid freight on orders of 1500 lbs. within a 100 mile radius of an HTI facility Limited Replacement Warranty; Disclaimer of all other Warranties Heads & Threads sells commercial grade products and purchases those products to published industry standards. HTI will replace any products which have not been produced in accordance with the standards specified for those products in this product catalog. This limited replacement warranty is exclusive, in lieu of all other warranties and HTI disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, on any of the products it sells. This disclaimer includes any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the nonconforming product or, at our option, refund of the purchase price. The purchaser must notify HTI in writing of any nonconformance within 30 days of product receipt. In the absence of such notice, HTI will not replace or provide a refund as to any product more than 30 days after product receipt. In no event shall HTI be liable for consequential, incidental or any other damages of any nature whatsoever, or any claim arising in any way out of the manufacture, sale or use of these products. Return Policy We will accept returns if an HTI invoice was issued, parts were stock ordered, unaltered, undamaged, original packaging and the return made within 30 days.
