The Guardian Angels project was an European project initiative proposing
a zero-power, intelligent, autonomous systems-of-systems
featuring sensing, computation, and communication.

As a conclusion of the Panel the Guardian Angels is still
a dream vision, functionally it's almost there, but the need
for co-design to cover heterogeneity, sparsity, simulating
at different time scale and system level design is probably
a lifetime achievement. Technology never stands still, and
the community is up to take new challenges.
During PhD studies it's relatively common to have to
present a poster at a conference. A Poster Session is a way
of giving the opportunity for members who have achievements of limited interest to the conference topic and which
are not suitable for the formalities of a conference to communicate their message in a less formal presentation manner. A poster session was proposed for evaluation of the
course, recognized by the local Doctoral-School in microengineering. The papers were selected journal papers of
the speakers so that the content was quite detailed and
student could elaborate on an unknown topic related to
the workshop. On one wall of the poster room were exposed the student poster on one of the lecturer paper.
Some students were able to propose a poster on their own
research to open the discussion with other participants.
Saying goodbye is never easy, it was organized for
attendees and speakers. A social evening organized on

campus as a cocktail reception. Combining great food
and the pleasant company is all part of what makes the
seasonal school so unique. The cocktail reception was a
great way to network with other attendees and lecturer.
Relax and enjoy.
In general, the audience provided positive feedback
of enabling unexpected discussion providing rather than
a plain normed presentation made the seasonal school
accessible and with a relative tutorial level. Fields of research touch each other and overlap. Interdisciplinary
teamwork is the key. The Seasonal Schools in Circuits
and Systems (SSCAS) lecturer had committed to provide a commented version of their talk. The book will be
made available as an Electronics online book to all IEEE
Circuit and Systems (CAS) society members.
