Survey Reveals IEEE Members of Different Generations Express Similar Attitudes Toward Workplaces and Careers

A worldwide intergenerational research survey revealed that IEEE members of different generations expressed the same attitudes and outlook toward workplaces and careers. The survey showed that learning in the workplace is important for IEEE members of all ages; members are not cynical about their work; and many members see retirement as the land of employment opportunities.
