Callaway introduced the FT-i square-head driver design. Now, Callaway will soon release their square-head, high MOI, Squareway™ woods that are scheduled to be available in March at your local golf retail shop. “The FT-i Driver set a new standard in driver performance in 2007 and the new FT-i Squareway™ Woods will do the same for the family of fairway woods. The FT-i Squareway’s appear to be poised to set a new standard in fairway woods. With a moment of inertia (MOI) approaching that of Callaway’s best-selling drivers, they are touted to be the most forgiving fairway woods Callaway has ever created. The concept of distributing the weight to the heel and toe of the club head provides a more stable and forgiving club with lowest center of gravity and highest inertia to help the golfer hit straighter shots off of any surface, according to Callaway. How well will the Squareway™ woods respond to hits off of heavy rough, fairway bunkers, or hard-pan?
