Rathey, President of the Housekeeping Channel® LLC (www.housekeepingchannel.com), traveled to Westerville, Ohio, to visit with the I.E.H.A. staff. During this visit, Rathey and I.E.H.A. CEO/Executive Director, Beth Risinger, reviewed strategic plans for future activities, based on the recent agreement between the HC and I.E.H.A. Several educational articles and other branding quality projects were discussed and planned for the coming year. In addition, through the efforts of the I.E.H.A. staff, a survey was prepared to encourage I.E.H.A. members to become a part of the I.E.H.A. Expert Committee to respond to consumer inquiries on the HC Web site. As of this date, experts have responded to over 40 inquiries.
