Darrel Hicks Adjournment: President J. Darrel Hicks Rules Governing the I.E.H.A. Convention 1. The Convention shall be one session. 2. Doorkeepers/Ushers will admit no one to the Business Session or Voting process without I.E.H.A.’s official wristband and Business Session ticket. 3. When a speaker is addressing the members, no page service will be available either on the platform or on the Convention floor. 4. Modern Rules of Order shall be the Parliamentary Authority for Convention. 5. No person shall act as a member unless he/she is qualified and has obtained an official I.E.H.A. member badge from the I.E.H.A. Registration personnel. 6. All members should be in their seats five (5) minutes prior to the opening of every business session. 7. Members wishing to obtain the floor must wear the official I.E.H.A. member’s badge. When seeking recognition, a member shall address the Chair; announce his/her name, and the name of their Chapter. 8. Only accredited members may introduce motions, debate and vote.
