The event is just around the corner—and the Riviera Hotel and Casino is anxiously awaiting your arrival as Director of Housekeeping, and I.E.H.A. member Jimmy McDonald has already set off the preparation alarms to his housekeeping staff! Please keep in mind that the dress code for the week is business casual—with the exception of the “Evening of Elegance” on Wednesday night, where we are requesting a dark suit/business attire for the guys and a little black dress (or something fun and elegant) for the ladies. Monday morning will begin with the special Training the Trainer ESL Session, presented by Ronna Timpa, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Grande Ballroom at the Riviera, rooms G-H. Registration area, located at the Riviera West Desk between the hours of 1 p.m. and 8 p.m., so that you can obtain your registration packet/bag of goodies and exciting gifts, and say “hello” to the I.E.H.A. staff. However, if you have plans to attend the Monday morning Training the Trainer ESL Session at the Riviera and you arrive after the I.E.H.A. Registration closes on Sunday evening—DON’T WORRY—you can register at the Riviera prior to the session, beginning at 7 a.m. Remember to thank the Royce Rolls and Spartan Chemical Companies for the great registration bags!
