His company, Varsity Contractors, has pioneered a presence in the industry, turning cleaning into a culture of wholehearted pride and fun. They have developed and shared hands-on, humorous cleaning events, such as the janitor rodeo, janitor Olympics, janitor fashion shows, vacuum drag races, and even a janitor opera. These and numerous other spirited and publicity-garnering activities have helped to bring cleaning out of the janitor closet. 5.
