DiGiulio, Editor housekeeping/environmental services to oversee them and makes sure the job gets done—Otis J. French, REH. “I have one of the best groups of staff members anywhere,” says French. “They have made me a success, and my team has made managing such a large and diverse operation pleasurable and possible.” French has come a long way since he was introduced into the housekeeping industry at the age of 14, when his older brother worked for a small contract cleaner, and on many occasions they would ask French to assist them with various small duties such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping, so he could make extra money.
