The event will be followed by IEHA’s 43rd Annual Educational Conference and Convention, on October 6-9, in conjunction with ISSA/INTERCLEAN®—North America. For more information, call the IEHA Association Office at (800) 2006342. u In an effort to exercise extreme frugality, the IEHA Executive Committee opted to meet in Las Vegas during the recent ICM™ Symposium. All three officers attended the sympoisum and spoke with staff to facilitate the meeting, so it worked out well to accomplish a thorough review of the 2009-10 budget, meet with the local Chapter, and attend the ICM meeting. President Marvin Ellsworth, Secretary/Treasurer Sherry Sidwell, and President-Elect Eric Bates (pictured above, left to right), reviewed the current results of the new organizational plan, based on reports by the Directors-at-Large. Due to their information, some adjustments will be made in reporting processes and communication efforts. It is very clear, based on these reports, that the Chapters are receiving a great deal of attention and communication from these Directors; and, many new and innovative newsletters are being distributed through the Directors-at-Large. The Board of Directors will be meeting via conference call on April 15, 2009 to review new bylaw proposals and handle business at hand. April 2009/Executive Housekeeping Today 25 http://www.ieha.org
