He also has advised on various development and infrastructure projects, included advising the city of Reno, Nev., on utility relocation related to the construction of a railroad corridor and assisting in the representation of the lead equity investor in the acquisition and redevelopment of McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento. Hamilton said he takes into account future financials for clients when he works on transactions and likes to use technology as an aid whenever he can. For example, in the Tishman deal, he looked at different ways the transaction could be structured for future tax purposes.
