Lambert began her career in Corporate Banking at J.P. Morgan in 1990. Mathena was manager of sales development at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2005. In 2000 he joined Scudder Private Investment Counsel as senior outside sales representative catering to ultra-high-networth individuals. Mathena began his career at Bank of America in 1980.
