kay, I did it again. I got so enamored with a digital decorating process that I
came home from the Orlando Imprinted Sportswear Show (ISS) with some
cool samples of the latest in digital technologies. Th is time it was jewelry
with my granddaughter's picture sublimated on it. A new company, Sublimation 101,
showcased a line of fun jewelry that you can customize with any image you like. I
remain fascinated with digital decorating and its one-off and on-the-spot capabilities.
Have you added a digital process lately? Be it sublimation, direct-to-garment printing, digital transfers or CAD-CUT materials, there are options for decorators of all
sizes and specialties. Digital decorating remains popular and profitable, and suppliers
are scrambling to introduce new products and processes every season. With that, we
present you with this third issue of Impressions' Digital Decorator.
One of the beauties of digital decorating is that it is ideal for short runs, personalization and mobile decorating. Sometimes, all that's needed is a heat press, but there's
equipment available at every price point to help you output your designs in some digital fashion.
Th is issue brings together some of the marketplace's most innovative minds to
share their insights and information on a variety of digital decorating topics. Here,
